Anxiety Therapist in San Francisco

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety over time can make it challenging to move through everyday life without the worry and fear you carry with you. Both your mind and body can feel it through exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed, and struggling to relax your body or your mind. It's not just a momentary or situational feeling of stress, but one that persists after the stressors are gone.

My Approach to Anxiety Counseling & Therapy

My approach to anxiety therapy focuses on managing both the mind and body based on Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We will work together to find the tools to calm your mind and better cope with stressful situations. Your mind and body work together, just as we will, so focusing on a balance between the two will leave you feeling more grounded and help you develop helpful strategies to have in your pocket for those moments when you need them most.
